The location is fantastic, especially if you're heading to the Aquarium. Amenities like the indoor heated pool and lazy river offer a nice escape. Beds are comfortable, and I appreciated the in-room microwave and fridge-essential for a child's needs. several issues arose. Our original room had a peculiar smell and remnants of old food in the microwave. The staff promptly moved us, which was appreciated, yet communication could improve. Breakfast options were limited and underwhelming. while the amenities are appealing, cleanliness and attention to detail need serious improvements for a more pleasant stay. Would I recommend? Only if you're on a strict budget.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to walk to all the major attractions in Gatlinburg from this hotel as everything from the Guinness World Records Adventure to the Sweet Fanny Adams Theatre is just a short walk away and made it so convenient to enjoy the vibrant strip area and grab a bite at nearby restaurants like Giovanni's and Hungry Bear BBQ;

So, during our recent stay at Sleep, I have to say that there were some hits and misses. Let's start with the positives - the room was equipped with ironing facilities, which was super handy as I hate wrinkles in my clothes. The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. We also had tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a nice touch for a quick caffeine fix in the morning. On the downside, the mini-bar was lacking in variety and could use some more options. The sitting area was a bit cramped, making it less cozy than we had hoped for. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, but could have been more comfortable for relaxing outdoors. In terms of amenities, the free toiletries provided were basic and did the job. I did wish they had more options or higher-quality products available. The am/fm alarm clock was a bit outdated and could be upgraded to a more modern option. Housekeeping was a bit hit or miss during our stay. While the room was clean when we arrived, there were areas that could have been more thoroughly cleaned, such as corners and under furniture. The laundry service was convenient, but could have been more efficient in terms of turnaround time. Sleep had its strengths and weaknesses.

The hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily reach the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, which was my main reason for choosing this hotel. The free WiFi and satellite channels were a pleasant surprise, and the indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center added extra value to my stay.
